Time flies...
It is Day 30 already!
Today we had to gather early in the morning at 8am.
We were due to visit the new campus of WUST.
The place was about 1 hour journey.
Upon reaching there..
I felt that the place was rather big and empty in a way.
And it seemed like the school was built in a rather quiet area.
This is because towards the end of the bus journey.
I saw that the surroundings weren't like the current WUST I am residing at.
There is no back street where we can buy a lot of food.
It seems more like a industrial area to me.
With only very few nearby shops which sells snacks and drinks.
Their library...

Unlike the library in Ngee Ann Polytechnic...
We can just enter the place freely as we want.
We do not need to tap our student card at all.
We just walk in when as we want to.
It also applies when we exit.
However in the new campus of WUST.
They have to tap their student card when they enter the library.
I felt that this was rather interesting.
As I have never seen anyone entering a library in this manner.
The machine where they have to tap/swipe their card.

Upon reaching inside.
We were led to a exhibition hall.
And in the exhibition hall.
We were given a tour on how on the history of WUST.
The entrance to the exhibition hall.

The school's philosophy.

One of the exhibits - a report card which reflects their results.

Their awards..

The current campus of WUST I am staying at...

The current hostel I live in currently - look at the arrow...!

After the tour at the library..
We were led to a teaching block.
I believe it is the Nursing block.
When we were inside the Nursing building...
We were brought to see some exhibitions...
The following pictures may not be suitable for young minors.
Plese exit this blog immediately if you can't afford to look at the raw pictures.
Introduction
Human body is the outcome of years of evolution.
More than 800 specimens were being exhibited that I saw today which was employed using multi-media techniques.
They are witnesses of life in its beauty and struggles against adversities.
The human skull.
The joints of a foot.
Some information on temporalis.
The temporalis is a muscle extending from the temporal fossa to the coronoid process of the mandible
It acts to raise the mandible and close the jaws.
Endocrine organ

Where we could see some wards which serve as a learning environment for the local students.
The machines used are actually real.
They are not fake and made of plastic.
They are real and students use it for their learning.
Fake patients lying on the beds.
Fake patients lying on the beds.
We were brought to another room.
In the room we were due to give our presentation to the local students over there.
As usual...
The presentation was also about the life of a student, our culture beliefs, the food in Singapore, our transport system and the law system.
Local students giving a welcome to us...
After all the presentation.
We played an interactive game with them.
After that we had lunch in their school canteen.
Their canteen was big and had a wider variety as compared to the WUST I am currently residing at.
After lunch we proceeded back to the hostel.
And we took a 1 hour rest.
And then we had our test 2 at 4pm.
The test was really lengthy as usual.
We had to write a lot of words.
And as usual I hope Mr. Wong will be able to understand my very messy handwriting.
After the test we had dinner at McDonald's.
And then some of us went to the optical shop at the back alley to look at spectacles.
After some considerations.... I'm still thinking if I should make my spectacles over here instead of Singapore.
We headed back to the hostel after that and I continued with my assignment 2.
Supper was at 10pm with the usual supper lovers!
HAHA!
And now it's back here at the hostel...
And continuing with assignment 2.
Have an early rest everyone!
